Eight small patterns for bounded decisions. Each template includes example state, question design, TypeScript, limits, and sources.

These are learning templates, not an online Jev runner. Copy the pattern into your own server application and adapt the criteria to your policy.

Support

Identify whether a support case is primarily asking for money back, without turning classification into refund authorization.

Route an incoming support message to one primary queue and score how quickly it should be reviewed.

Separate real sales opportunities from partnerships, support requests, spam, and unclear inbound messages.

Distinguish concrete purchasing behavior from casual interest, praise, or vague future intent.
